REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Store Credit only will be given for all returns in the amount paid on your invoice for the items being returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uneaten, unthawed, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

All exchanges or returns can be done at our London location at 731 Chester Street by appointment by calling, texting or emailing or during our regularly scheduled meet ups.

PRIVACY NOTICE

What Information is Collected

We collect only the information which is required to successfully process your order and successfully include you as a ‘Registered User’. This data may include your name, shipping/ billing address, telephone number, email address.

Credit Card payments are processed through Stripe at the time your order is placed.  We do not have access to your credit card info. This is done on a secure server. You have the option to Pay with an Email Money Transfer or Cash.

Why the Information is Collected

We require this information for three reasons. First, to successfully process your order. Second, to provide for the customization features of your shopping basket. Third, to communicate with you if there is a problem with your order.

We collect information using secure online forms. We use cookies to identify Registered Customers so that the custom features of the shopping basket system work properly. Browsing the site collects no personal information.

Who Will Use the Information

We must share your personal information with our shipping agencies. We NEVER release information other then the shipping companies.
