It's Easy To Get Your Order

How we get your order to you:

1. Free Meet up at one of our Ontario drop off locations

  • Orders due by the Wednesday before Delivery Date found on Delivery Schedule Tab
  • Please choose one of the free meet up locations on the check out page.
  • We will contact you with the time to meet us and confirm the date.
  • We deliver to these spots every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • We drive a Grey Ford Transit Freezer Van.

2. Canada Post Shipping

  • We can only send dehydrated treats, supplements, powders and holistic remedies through the mail.
  • We do not ship any fresh, frozen or ground, whole or raw food products through Canada Post.
  • Please choose Canada Post Shipping at check out. Flat rate shipping fee applies.

3. Pick Up by Appointment at our London Location OR London Home Delivery

  • For pick up at 731 Chester Street London, we operate by appointment only and will connect with you once we receive your order.
  • For a home delivery in London we offer free delivery within city limits on all orders over $113.00
  • Home deliveries within London are done between Monday and Friday between 10 am & 3:30 pm.
  • Home deliveries beyond London are subject to min order and must be prearranged prior to ordering, please note, a delivery fee may apply.
