May be good for joints. Biomolecules in collagen include the glycosaminoglycans which are special molecules that help keep joints healthy (glucosamine), other protecting compounds are chondroitin and hyaluronic acid, Glycosaminoglycans from bone broth are resistant to digestion and are absorbed in their intact form becoming a fibroblast which lay down collagen in the joints, tendons, ligaments and even the arteries.
