Store Credit only will be given for all returns in the amount paid on your invoice for the items being returned. We do not do credit card refunds for the reason it is cost prohibitive.  Credit card companies do not refund the fees they collect and as a small business we are not in the position of absorbing those fees by way of order cancellations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uneaten, unthawed, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can text photos to 519-433-4299 or email to Alwaysfeedraw@gmail.com.

All exchanges or returns can be done at our London location at 731 Chester Street by appointment by calling, texting or emailing or during our regularly scheduled meet ups.
