This business is run by someone who loves animals. They provide a reservoir of knowledge about raw food diets and supply top of the line products. They are accommodating and willing to work with you with product pickup/delivery. My shepherd loves the food I buy from here and I will continue to support this amazing small business.

Great service & delivery and my german shepherd is very happy with the products. We are in Huntsville so the closest pick up is in Vaughan, but a trip down there once every couple months is really worthwhile. Highly recommended.

Shelly is absolutely wonderful to order from! She was helpfuI and full of great information on starting raw, as I wanted to start my two kittens on a wholesome diet before they got hooked on commercial food. The selection and quality of the raw diet and the treats are amazing. I ordered a rabbit fur chew toy for the boys and they are loving it, and I'm not worried they will be consuming small pieces of microplastic! Lots of varied raw selections for cats and dogs alike!

I have been ordering my dog food and treats from this service for the past several years and have only had excellent experiences. There is a large variety of options - pure or mixed proteins, many many options for treats (cats and dogs - raw or dehydrated), supplements, natural based products for balancing and maintaining your pet’s health. The free delivery/meet up option is wonderful. Also, Shelly is extremely quick when processing your order and very communicative around the order and delivery dates/times. She has also been extremely helpful when I have had specific questions about products as well as recommendations for my dog’s specific needs. And finally, if she does not carry an item (unusual but it does happen) she offers to obtain/source it. I HIGHLY recommend Raw Pet Food Ontario!

I have been using Raw Pet Food Ontario's products for past 8 years. My experience with Shelly Hall is nothing but pleasant. She has been there and answered all my questions when my dogs would get sick. All my dogs and some cats are 100% raw fed and their health is amazing. Also her supplements for dogs/ cats are great. I have suggested Shelly over the years and I know many of my neighbour's are now her customers.
